Tom Homan Says It Is Game Over For Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez

Border Czar Tom Homan continues his conflict with Democratic New York Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, asserting that the dynamics have shifted.

He expressed to Fox News host Laura Ingraham on Tuesday, ‘I take satisfaction in the fact that I occupy her thoughts daily without cost, yet we are all aware of her intentions. She is instructing the most problematic individuals on how to evade law enforcement.

However, the dynamics have shifted; she is now teaching people how to face prosecution, as there exists a final order. It is unlawful to disregard that order,’ stated the border czar.

It is unlawful to take actions that would obstruct compliance with ICE removal orders or to interfere with ICE’s custody actions. One cannot impede their own removal as mandated by a federal judge. I urge AOC to review Title 8, United States Code 1253, as it becomes effective tomorrow,” she stated.

This statement followed the bold representative’s challenge to Homan to ‘come’ for her.

‘Tom Homan indicated he would refer me to the DOJ for exercising my rights to free speech in order to inform individuals of their constitutional protections. To that, I respond: Come for me. Do I appear to be concerned?’ she declared during her town hall meeting in Jackson Heights, Queens.

However, Homan responded to the representative, asserting that the games have ‘ended.’

The conclusion of the game has arrived. We are committed to identifying these public safety threats and removing them from the streets of New York and all other sanctuary cities,” stated the border czar. “In fact, we will be increasing our workforce in every sanctuary within the city threefold.

We will deploy a significant number of officers to the area. If we are unable to apprehend them in jail, we will do so within the community. Should we fail to arrest them in the community, we will detain them at their places of employment. “We are determined to eliminate these public safety threats from the streets, with or without your assistance,” he asserted.

Furthermore, he is not the only official from the administration targeting the New York Democrat. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem addressed Fox News host Sean Hannity on Monday, stating that it would be “entirely appropriate” for the Department of Justice to investigate the Democrat-Socialist representative regarding a webinar she conducted, where she provided guidance to illegal immigrants on how to respond if approached by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

When questioned about Rep. Ocasio-Cortez’s remarks during a town hall meeting, Noem suggested that the Department of Justice should consider investigating her actions.

The Department of Justice must thoroughly investigate this matter, as it is evident that individuals in public office have been willing to violate the law to enable the ongoing invasion and permit criminals to remain in the country.

Furthermore, we have witnessed judges taking extreme measures to safeguard these offenders. It is imperative that we uphold what is just. The American populace is weary of individuals exploiting our system to advance their agenda.

It is important to note that the Democrats are leveraging fear as a means of control, actively inciting fear among the public while aligning themselves with known terrorists, thereby jeopardizing our future.

I believe it is entirely fitting for the Department of Justice to investigate these matters,” she stated.

On February 12, Ocasio-Cortez garnered attention by hosting a webinar entitled “Know Your Rights With ICE.”

“We observe how ICE frequently employs language that criminalizes immigrants, thereby normalizing their methods and rationalizing their actions,” she remarked, characterizing the interactions as “often quite aggressive.”

On her official website, Ocasio-Cortez provided a flyer informing undocumented immigrants of “their rights.”

The flyer stated, “You are not obligated to open the door” for Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers.

It further informed them that ICE agents cannot enter a residence without a valid warrant issued by a judge. The poster advised, “Request that they slide the warrant under the door.”

Additionally, her office assists undocumented immigrants in obtaining free legal assistance to prevent deportation.
